ITC Mementos Udaipur Wedding Cost 2026-27: Venues, Rooms & Planning Guide
A wedding at ITC Mementos Udaipur costs from about ₹1 crore (US$105,000) for 50–100 guests over two days, and ₹3–5 crore (US$315,000–525,000) for 150–250 guests over three days. For 300–500 guests over four days, plan on ₹7–10 crore (US$725,000–1.05 million). A 500-plus guest list or a full buyout starts at ₹10 crore (US$1.05 million+). These are IWP’s indicative, all-inclusive bands. ITC does not publish wedding packages, so we price every wedding exactly for its dates.
The resort’s official name is Mementos by ITC Hotels Ekaaya, Udaipur. It has 117 suites and villas on about 50 acres in the Aravali hills, with seven event spaces and a private lake. What moves the cost
- Season and dates. October to March is peak, and muhurat dates clash with other weddings.
- Number of nights. Each night adds a room block and a day of meals.
- Room block and villa mix. The split of villas, pool villas and suites sets the room bill.
- Functions and venues. A 5,660 sq m lawn needs far more décor and lighting than a 350 sq m garden.
- Per-plate cost by function. The hotel quotes food per plate. Menus and live counters change the rate.
- Bar. Labels, cocktails and hours are quoted separately.
- Décor and production. Stage, sound, lighting, florals and the mandap scale with guest count.
- Entertainment and artists. A DJ costs far less than a headline performer.
- Transfers. Cars and coaches cover the 41.5 km airport run and any city outings.
- Taxes. GST applies to hotel services. IWP shows it as a separate line.
- Exclusive use. A buyout needs the hotel’s approval and a minimum spend.
Is there an ITC Mementos Udaipur wedding package?
No. ITC does not publish one. The hotel prices each wedding by dates, room block and menus, and IWP turns those quotes into one all-inclusive proposal before you sign.

How many guests fit
At two per room, the 117 keys sleep about 234 guests. Villas take up to three and the larger suites six or twelve, so families can share. That puts a full in-house wedding in our Premium band. Unless you buy out the resort, some rooms may already be sold, so IWP blocks rooms as soon as you hold a date.

What is the price of a stay at ITC Mementos Udaipur?
ITC does not publish a fixed tariff. Rates move with date, room category and demand, and the live rate is on ITC’s website. For a wedding, the hotel quotes a group rate for the whole block, which IWP includes in your proposal.
Between functions
Kaya Kalp – The Royal Spa has a salt room, hammam, sauna and steam room. There is a main pool with a kids’ pool, a lounge pool with an in-pool bar, and Ollie’s Club for children. Activities run from tennis, pickleball and archery to segway rides, bird-watching (26+ species), moonlight yoga and floating breakfasts.

ITC’s dimension and capacity chart lists seven spaces, with about 1 lakh sq ft of event space in all. Four are outdoor lawns and three are indoor rooms.

ITC’s web FAQ gives higher standing figures: up to 1,200 floating guests on the Frangipani Lawn and 450 in the Magical Forest, which ITC suggests for sangeet, haldi and mehendi.
Which venue for which function
- Mehendi and haldi: Magical Forest or Magical Garden, in daylight.
- Sangeet: Udaipur Stateroom, or the Frangipani Lawn with a built stage.
- Pheras: Frangipani Lawn, or the Magical Garden at sunset.
- Reception: Frangipani Lawn.
- Rain plan: Udaipur Stateroom or Reya. IWP asks the hotel to hold a back-up for every outdoor function.
Mandap placement, the baraat route, fireworks and music timings are not in ITC’s published material. IWP agrees each one with the hotel in writing before you sign.
Food and bar
There are five outlets: Udai Pavilion (all-day multicuisine), Kebabs & Kurries (Indian heritage cuisine), Royal Vega (the luxury vegetarian cuisine of India), the Aravali Lounge and The Rock Bar. The Rock Bar sits at the resort’s highest point, with cocktails, an adults-only infinity pool and a 360° Aravali view.
For wedding functions, the hotel quotes food per plate. IWP agrees menus with the chefs: vegetarian and Jain-friendly menus, regional counters and, if families want one, a South Indian feast like Shriya and Aditya’s. The bar is quoted separately. Rules on outside caterers and outside alcohol are not published, so IWP confirms them in writing.
How much does dinner cost at ITC Mementos Udaipur?
Dinner at the restaurants is priced on their menus. For a wedding, dinner costs the hotel’s per-plate rate for that function plus the bar, and depends on the menu, counters and date. IWP shows each function’s food and bar cost in one proposal.
Best time to marry at ITC Mementos Udaipur
October to March is the season. Days are pleasant and evenings cool, which suits functions on the lawns. It is also peak demand, so good muhurat dates book early. Check our 2027 wedding dates before you fix a weekend.
- April to June: summer heat. Plan evening functions and lean on the indoor Stateroom.
- July to September: monsoon. The hills turn green, but every outdoor function needs a covered back-up.
Off-season dates can be easier to secure, but they need a stronger weather plan.
Getting there
Udaipur airport to ITC Mementos: distance and time
Maharana Pratap Airport (UDR) at Dabok is about 41.5 km away, according to ITC’s factsheet. Allow 40 minutes to an hour by road. Udaipur city is about 20–25 km away, and the City Palace and Lake Pichola about an hour’s drive. The nearest landmark is Eklingji Temple, and Nathdwara is also nearby.
