These are IWP’s indicative, all-inclusive bands (venue and rooms, food and beverage, décor and production, entertainment, guest logistics and planning), which we price exactly for your dates:

Best time for an Indian wedding in Vietnam

Vietnam’s dry season is not one date range: February to May in Da Nang and Hoi An (June to August stays largely dry but hotter), January to August in Nha Trang, November/December to April in Phu Quoc, and October to April in Hanoi. Visa and flights to Vietnam

Indian passport holders need a Vietnam e-visa: up to 90 days, US$25 single entry or US$50 multiple entry, applied for online at evisa.gov.vn. Entry is through 42 gates, including the airports at Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Cam Ranh (Nha Trang) and Phu Quoc. British passport holders can travel visa-free for up to 45 days instead; Canadians need the e-visa, as Indians do.

India–Vietnam capacity has grown quickly, with weekly seats up from 8,000 to 16,800 through 2026. Direct nonstops run Delhi–Hanoi (Air India, IndiGo and Vietnam Airlines daily), Mumbai–Hanoi (Vietnam Airlines and Akasa Air, plus IndiGo from 25 October 2026), Kolkata–Hanoi (IndiGo daily), Delhi–Ho Chi Minh City (Air India and VietJet daily) and Mumbai–Ho Chi Minh City (VietJet daily). Marriage law: ceremony in Vietnam, registration in India

Vietnam does not register a marriage between two non-resident foreigners, so a Hindu, Sikh or other religious wedding held here has no legal standing on its own. IWP plans the ceremony in Vietnam, and couples complete the legal registration in India, either under the Special Marriage Act, 1954 (30 days’ notice to a Marriage Officer, or 30 days’ public notice to register an already-celebrated marriage) or through Hindu Marriage Act registration. The Ministry of External Affairs advises registering alongside the social wedding and carrying the certificate at all times.
