IWP began with one wedding in Bani Park, Jaipur, where our founder Anant Khandelwal ran the décor, lights, sound and the couple's entries himself – and learnt that night that planning is the wedding. Every IWP wedding since has been built on that lesson.
Thirteen years on, we have planned 250+ weddings across 13 destinations: palace weddings in Jaipur, Udaipur and Jodhpur, beach weddings in Goa, and Indian weddings abroad in Dubai, Qatar, Turkey, Bali and Thailand.
Who we plan for: couples in India, and Indian families in the USA, UK, Canada and the Gulf who need a team they can trust on the ground.
What we do – Planning: venue shortlist, budget, contracts and vendors. Design: décor, mandap, stage and florals. Coordination: guest travel and visas, hospitality desks, rituals and the pandit, and the on-the-day run sheet.

Wedding Planning is where we work as a project manager with your wedding being our project. Not only do we refer you to vendors (and often secure discounts in the process) that will be best suited to your budgets & needs, we also suggest venues fitting for your vision & budget, negotiate contracts, keep everything organised and manage every detail of your wedding day to make sure that things go smoothly.

Wedding Designing is all about the look & style of your wedding. Here we work to establish and create your aesthetic vision. Here our main focus is lighting, flowers, decor, & even your attire to ensure that your wedding has a cohesive look. Every aspect of your wedding is designed to realise your vision right from invitations to the mandap to the after party.
We also,
• Develop a design concept for your wedding
• Help you choose a colour scheme for one or every function
• Monitor and manage related parts of the budget (décor, florist, lighting, rentals, etc.)
• Handle special equipment rentals
• Visit the venue with you to create a layout and identify any potential issues
• Make sure all décor is put up properly and on time
Wedding Coordination is an integral aspect of wedding planning and is generally included in the planning itself, but in case you haven't hired a planner or want to do most of the planning yourself and want someone to take care of the last-minute glitches and double check your work and just do the on-ground coordination, we offer that as well.

• Check in with vendors and review contracts and deliverables as agreed upon by you.
• Develop a schedule for the wedding day
• Do a final walk-through of the venue(s)

We manage everything from venue, food, accommodation, to logistics, airport pick-ups, etc. Basically for everything big and small, we are there.
