Couples searching for wedding venues in Jaipur with price usually want a starting point before the first call. Every IWP proposal is priced venue by venue, but these are the indicative, all-inclusive budgets we quote at enquiry for a destination wedding in Jaipur: venue and room block, food and beverage, décor and production, entertainment, guest logistics and our planning fee. The venue examples are sized by rooms and guest capacity from our Jaipur listing below, not by a fixed rate card, because every palace and resort prices each date differently.
| Wedding style | Guests | Celebration | Indicative all-inclusive budget | Jaipur venues sized for it (rooms) |

Across IWP’s Jaipur weddings the bands above work out to roughly ₹1–3 lakh per guest for the whole celebration, all-inclusive. Room counts are from IWP’s own venue listing on this page; budgets are IWP’s indicative bands, not the hotels’ rate cards. A shorter celebration or a smaller room block brings a venue into a lower band.
IWP's all-inclusive Jaipur weddings start at about ₹1 crore (US$105,000) for 50–100 guests over 2 days. A 3-day celebration for 150–250 guests is about ₹3–5 crore, a 4-day royal wedding for 300–500 guests is ₹7–10 crore, and full palace buyouts or 500+ guests are ₹10 crore and above. These are indicative bands; every proposal is priced venue by venue.
From IWP's Jaipur listing: Fairmont Jaipur, Taj Amer and Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar (245 rooms each), ITC Rajputana and InterContinental Jaipur (218), Ananta Spa & Resort Jaipur and The Ozen Villas Jaipur (200), The Leela Palace Jaipur (190), Bhanwar Singh Palace and Anantara Jewel Bagh (150), Taj Devi Ratn (145), Westin Resort & Spa (140), The Palace by Park Jewels (136), Ananta Ajabgarh (135), Mundota Fort and Palace (125), Indana Palace (118), Alila Fort Bishangarh (107), Le Méridien Jaipur (106), Jai Mahal Palace and Chomu Palace (100).
For the same guest count a large resort is usually the lower-cost option, because it can host a wedding without an exclusive buyout and has more rooms to fill. Heritage palaces such as Samode, Chomu, Rambagh or The Raj Palace are booked exclusively, so the whole property is paid for. The date matters as much as the venue: April to September rates are noticeably lower than October to March.
October to March, when days are sunny and evenings cool enough for outdoor functions in palace courtyards. February and November–December are the busiest months. April to June is hot but much cheaper, and July to September is green and quiet with the lowest rates.
