Venue walk-throughs. We walk the shortlisted venues with you on video, and you can also visit in person with your planner before you book.
One senior planner. A single point of contact from first call to last dance, plus one WhatsApp group for both families.
Guest travel desk. Airport welcomes, transfers and room blocks for every guest flying in.

The best months for a wedding in India

October to March is peak season in Rajasthan: cool, dry evenings in Jaipur, Udaipur and Jodhpur. December and January book out 12+ months ahead.
November to February suits beach weddings in Goa.

Travel, visas and arrival for guests from the USA

US citizens apply online for an Indian e-Tourist Visa before they fly.
OCI cardholders do not need a visa.
Every foreign national, including OCI cardholders, must fill in India's free e-Arrival Card online within 72 hours before landing. It has been mandatory since 1 April 2026, and one form can cover a family or group of up to five.
Flights: fly into Delhi or Mumbai, then take a short domestic flight to Jaipur, Udaipur or Jodhpur. Our team meets every guest at the airport.

Making the marriage legal

Many couples from the USA hold the ceremony in India and register the marriage in their home state. If you want the marriage registered in India, the process depends on citizenship and faith, and we connect you with a local lawyer.
