Description: As an Assistant Operations Manager at  IWP - Indian Wedding Planners, you will support the end-to-end execution of destination weddings, working closely with our planning and design teams to ensure every event runs smoothly on the ground. Your role will focus on logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site operations, helping us deliver seamless, unforgettable experiences for our clients in the luxury wedding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Vendor & Logistics Coordination: Liaise with venues, caterers, decorators, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of services as per the event plan.
* On-Ground Execution: Support the operations team during setup, rehearsals, and live events to ensure smooth day-of execution across all functions.
* Timeline Management: Track wedding-day schedules and coordinate across teams to keep every function running on time.
* Guest & Travel Logistics: Assist with guest accommodation, transport, and airport pick-up arrangements for out-of-town and international guests.
* Inventory & Resource Management: Track equipment, décor materials, and rental items to ensure everything required is available and accounted for on-site.

Description: As a Venue Specialist at  IWP - Indian Wedding Planners, you will identify, present, negotiate and convert luxury hotel and destination-venue options for our wedding clients across Jaipur and Rajasthan: palace hotels, heritage properties, resorts, boutique hotels and wedding venues, together with room blocks, function spaces, F&B packages, guest accommodation, transfers, VIP hospitality and décor feasibility. It is a field-sales and relationship role, with regular hotel visits, site inspections, client meetings and travel across Rajasthan.

Department:

Wedding Sales, Venue Sales & Business Development. Reports to the Director / Managing Director. Works with Wedding Planners, Wedding Operations, Decor Design, AMK Travels, RSVP & Guest Relations, Finance, hotel sales, banquet and reservation teams, venue owners, vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Luxury Hotel, Palace and Venue Partner Development: Identify and build relationships with luxury hotels, palace hotels, heritage properties, premium and boutique resorts, banquet venues, lawns, private estates, forts, havelis and experiential wedding venues across Jaipur and Rajasthan, working with General Managers, Directors of Sales, wedding sales, banquet, reservation, revenue and event teams, and property owners.
* Maintain detailed, up-to-date information for every property:
    – Room inventory and room categories; lawns, ballrooms, banquet halls, terraces, courtyards, poolside and pre-function spaces.
    – Guest and function capacity; wedding packages, room rates, venue rentals, F&B options and minimum-guarantee conditions.
    – Inclusions, exclusions, complimentary rooms, upgrades, meal plans and payment schedules.
    – Décor restrictions, vendor policies, sound rules, curfew timings, licensing, loading access, parking, power and weather backup.
    – Accessibility, airport and railway-station distance, transport feasibility and VIP-entry possibilities.
* Develop preferred hotel and venue partnerships, track new openings, renovations and seasonal offers, and keep a structured hotel/venue database.
* Client Requirement Understanding: Attend client meetings with Wedding Planners or independently and document the complete brief: dates and functions, guest count, rooms and stay, city and property preferences, budget, function-wise venue needs (Mehendi, Haldi, Sangeet, Cocktail, Wedding, Reception, Welcome Dinner, Brunch, Pool Party, Pheras), meals and special requirements, transfers and VIP movement, RSVP and hospitality desk, décor, entertainment and event flow.
* Curate 3–5 suitable hotel/venue options per active enquiry, with comparison sheets covering inventory, capacity, advantages, limitations, packages, budgets and guest-experience suitability, and arrange site inspections and showarounds.
* Negotiation, Proposals and Booking Closure: Collect availability, rates, packages, menus and commercial conditions; prepare accurate proposals and quotations; and negotiate room blocks, upgrades, complimentary rooms, venue rentals, F&B packages, minimum guarantees, backup spaces, check-in/check-out flexibility, payment schedules, cancellation and attrition terms, décor permissions and outside-vendor policies.
* Follow up until each enquiry is converted, postponed, lost or closed. Obtain written confirmation, signed agreement, payment terms and the client advance before confirming, and coordinate with Finance on invoices and payment follow-ups.
* Hotel Recces and Site Inspections: Conduct regular hotel visits, recces and client site visits; study rooms, suites, function spaces, guest movement, parking, vendor access, mandap and stage placement, lighting, sound and curfew limits, weather backup and accessibility; and submit recce reports with labelled photos and videos within 24–48 hours.
* Guest Hospitality and Team Coordination: Coordinate with Wedding Planners, RSVP & Guest Relations, AMK Travels, Decor Design, Operations and hotel teams on rooming lists, VIP guests, special needs, transfers, venue layouts, check-in support and welcome amenities, and escalate any service gap or client concern immediately.
* Sales Pipeline and Reporting: Generate leads through networking, planners, vendors, travel partners, social media, referrals and exhibitions; update the CRM/tracker daily; submit daily activity, weekly pipeline and monthly conversion/revenue reports; and share market and competitor insights with management.


Key Performance Indicators:

* Updated database of luxury hotels and venues across Jaipur and Rajasthan, with regular field visits and new partner relationships.
* A complete requirement brief for every enquiry and a minimum of 3 suitable options presented per active enquiry, wherever possible.
* Assigned revenue, conversion and booking targets achieved, with every confirmation backed by written documentation and approved terms.
* 100% of assigned recces and site inspections attended, with reports submitted within 24–48 hours.
* Accurate handover of guest, rooming, transport and function details to internal teams, and positive client and planner feedback.
* Daily CRM updates, and weekly and monthly reports submitted on time.


Qualifications:

* Education: BBA, MBA, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a graduate with strong relevant experience.
* Experience: 4–6 years in luxury hotel sales, wedding sales, banquets, destination-wedding venue sales, hospitality sales or wedding planning.
* Mandatory exposure: Luxury hotels, palace hotels, resorts, heritage properties, wedding venues, room blocks, banquets, group bookings or destination-wedding sales.
* Location and geography: Jaipur-based candidate preferred, with strong knowledge of Rajasthan’s luxury hotels, palaces, heritage properties, resorts and wedding venues, and comfortable with frequent travel across Rajasthan.
* Communication: Excellent English and Hindi; Rajasthani/Marwari is an advantage.
* Skills: Hotel negotiation, venue curation, client handling, presentations, proposals, closing, networking, relationship management and follow-up; comfortable with Excel, CRM/lead trackers, PowerPoint, email and WhatsApp Business.

Compensation:

Good salary, based on the candidate’s last drawn salary, relevant luxury-hotel/wedding-sales experience, Rajasthan destination knowledge, skills and interview performance. Description: As a Finance Controller at  IWP - Indian Wedding Planners, part of AMK Hospitality IPL, you will keep accurate financial records and disciplined financial operations across Indian Wedding Planners and AMK Travels India, tracking every rupee from client advances received to vendor payments, salaries, office expenses, petty cash and the final profit of each wedding, MICE event and travel booking. You will give management clear visibility of receivables, payables, budgets, cash availability and GST, TDS and payroll compliance.

Department:

Finance & Accounts. Reports to the Founder / Director / CEO, AMK Hospitality IPL. Works closely with HR & Admin, Wedding Planning, Wedding Operations, RSVP/Guest Relations, Wedding and MICE Sales, AMK Travels Operations, vendors, clients, banks and the Chartered Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

* Bookkeeping and Day-to-Day Accounting: Maintain complete books for AMK Hospitality IPL with separate records for Indian Wedding Planners, AMK Travels India and each wedding, MICE and travel project; record client receipts, vendor payments, reimbursements, salaries, office and petty-cash expenses, bank charges, advances, refunds and credit notes, each supported by proper documents and posted to the correct head; and maintain accurate client, vendor, employee-advance, bank and expense ledgers.
* Salary Disbursement and Payroll Support: Check HR’s finalised payroll (attendance, leave, revisions, incentives, reimbursements, advances, deductions and full-and-final settlements), compare with the previous month, prepare the bank transfer file, release salaries only after management approval, and keep salary registers and records confidential and audit-ready.
* Vendor Payments and Accounts Payable: Maintain the vendor master; verify every bill against quotation, work order, delivery, advances, GST, TDS and payment terms; prepare weekly payment schedules for approval, prioritised by event date, commitments, client receipts and cash flow; pay only through approved company accounts; and keep vendor ageing, pending-invoice, dispute and advance registers.
* Client Invoicing, Receipts and Payment Tracking: Issue quotations, proforma and tax invoices, receipts and reminders; maintain client- and project-wise payment schedules; record every receipt against the right invoice; track client advances separately; share a weekly receivables report; and reconcile every completed wedding, MICE event or travel assignment.
* Petty Cash, Office Expenses and Reimbursements: Maintain a daily petty-cash register with weekly reconciliation and physical verification; process reimbursements only against verified bills and approvals; and record rent, utilities, internet, housekeeping, pantry, stationery, repairs, software, courier and security costs with a monthly summary.
* Budgeting, Cost Control and Financial Guidance: Support annual, monthly and event budgets and cost sheets; check planned vendor costs against budget; advise before major commitments (venue, décor, transport, hotels, marketing, hiring, assets); maintain budget-versus-actual reports; and flag high-cost areas and profitability or cash-flow risks early.
* Bank Reconciliation, Cash Flow and Fund Planning: Reconcile all bank, gateway, UPI and cash accounts; prepare a weekly cash-position report and fund requirements for upcoming events; and warn management in advance where funds may fall short.
* CA Coordination, Taxation and Compliance: Act as the internal coordinator with the CA for GST, TDS, income tax and audit; share invoices, statements, registers, ledgers and proofs on time; ensure correct TDS and GST details; maintain a compliance calendar; and flag any notice or penalty risk immediately.


Key Performance Indicators:

* At least 95% of daily transactions entered within 2 working days, 98% ledger accuracy and no major entry pending at month-end.
* 100% salary disbursement on or before the approved date, with zero incorrect payments after HR confirmation.
* At least 95% of approved vendor payments within terms, zero duplicate or unauthorised payments, and advances reconciled within 15 days of event closure.
* 100% client receipts recorded by the next working day, weekly receivables reports and 100% project-closure reconciliation.
* Petty cash reconciled weekly with zero unexplained difference, and reimbursements processed within 7 working days.
* Budget-versus-actual report by the 7th working day of each month, and bank reconciliation within 3 working days of month-end.
* 100% of CA submissions on time, with no penalty caused by delayed or incomplete documentation.

Description: As a Python Developer at  IWP - Indian Wedding Planners, you will develop, maintain and improve the internal software, websites, APIs, automation tools, data systems, dashboards and third-party integrations that run AMK Hospitality IPL, Indian Wedding Planners and AMK Travels: leads, clients, bookings, weddings and events, guest management and RSVP, vendors, transport, hotels, payments and reports.

Department:

Technology / Digital Operations. Reports to Management / Director / assigned Project Lead. Full-time, in-office in Jaipur. Minimum 3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Application Development and Feature Delivery: Develop, maintain and enhance Python backend applications and modules for CRM, lead management, wedding and event planning, RSVP and guest lists, vendors, hotel bookings, transport, payment tracking, reports and dashboards; convert business requirements into practical solutions; estimate timelines and deliver on schedule.
* Backend Development, APIs and Integrations: Build secure REST APIs and backend services with Django, Django REST Framework, Flask or FastAPI; integrate WhatsApp, email, SMS, payment gateways, Google services, CRM tools, booking platforms, maps and cloud storage; and handle authentication, validation, error handling, logging and API documentation.
* Database Management and Data Accuracy: Design and optimise MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB databases; keep leads, clients, guests, bookings, vendors and payments accurate and consistent; set up secure backups and recovery; and handle confidential data responsibly.
* Testing, Debugging and Quality Assurance: Write clean, modular, documented code; run unit, functional and integration tests on staging before release; debug application, performance, server and data issues; maintain a bug tracker; and follow code-review standards.
* System Maintenance, Security and Performance: Monitor performance, server health, logs and access; implement role-based access, input validation and data protection; manage version control with Git; and support deployment and release management with hosting or cloud vendors.
* Reporting, Documentation and Team Coordination: Work with management, HR, sales, weddings, operations, travel and accounts to understand processes; document code, deployments, integrations and database structure; share daily or weekly updates; and train internal users on new features.


Required Technical Skills:

* Strong proficiency in Python, with Django, Django REST Framework, Flask or FastAPI.

Description: As a Social Media Strategist at IWP - Indian Wedding Planners, part of AMK Hospitality IPL, you will own our social presence end to end. IWP has planned more than 250 weddings across 13 destinations in India, the Middle East, Turkey and Southeast Asia. We are looking for someone from the world of fashion, jewellery and luxury who knows how a heritage brand should look, sound and feel online. You will set the direction, direct shoots, capture behind-the-scenes moments at live weddings, post real-time stories and work hand in hand with our PR, marketing and creative partners to take IWP to its next level.

Department:

Marketing & Brand. Reports to the Founder & Managing Director, AMK Hospitality IPL. Works closely with the social media team, wedding planning and operations, sales, photographers, videographers, creators, and our PR and marketing agencies.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

* KRA 1 – Brand strategy and content direction (15%): Build and own the quarterly social strategy and the monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn. Keep every post true to the IWP Brand Book: palette, typography, voice and our signature line, "The Art of the Indian Wedding". Give clear creative direction for every piece: moodboards, shot lists, scripts and captions.
* KRA 2 – Real-time and behind-the-scenes content (20%): Capture live weddings and events: set-ups, décor reveals, rituals, couture and jewellery details, and the team at work. Post real-time stories on event days, and shoot and edit Reels on mobile. Brief and direct photographers, videographers and creators on site, and build IWP's raw content library.
* KRA 3 – Publishing and community management (15%): Run the publishing plan across every IWP platform. Reply to comments and DMs in IWP's voice. Pass every wedding enquiry to the sales team through the IWP ERP the same day.
* KRA 4 – Audience growth and engagement (20%): Grow a high-quality audience of couples and families in India, the USA, the UK, Canada and the Gulf. Read the insights every week and change the plan based on what works.
* KRA 5 – Enquiries and business impact (10%): Turn attention into conversations: calls to action ("By appointment"), link tracking and lead forms. Report which content brings qualified enquiries.
* KRA 6 – Collaborations, PR and influencers (15%): Build relationships with couture designers, jewellers, luxury hotels, photographers, creators, and PR and marketing agencies. Work with our PR partners on press features, launches and award entries. Credit and tag every vendor and partner correctly.
* KRA 7 – Founder brand, reporting and team (5%): Direct content for the founder's personal brand. Guide IWP's social media team and freelance creators, and manage the content budget. Send a monthly performance report with what worked, what didn't and the next month's plan.

Key Performance Indicators:

* Brand strategy and content direction: Monthly content calendar approved by the 25th of the previous month, 100% of posts on-brand as per the IWP Brand Book, and the quarterly strategy presented in the first week of each quarter.
* Real-time and behind-the-scenes content: Stories live within 2 hours of each key moment on event days, at least 3 Reels and 20 stories from every wedding IWP executes, raw footage filed within 48 hours, and Instagram stories live on at least 25 days a month.
* Publishing and community management: 16+ Instagram feed posts a month (at least 8 Reels), 60 Pinterest pins, 4 YouTube Shorts plus 1 film and 8 LinkedIn posts a month; comments and DMs answered within 2 working hours; 100% of social enquiries logged in the ERP the same day.
* Audience growth and engagement: Instagram followers up 5% month on month, engagement rate of 4% or higher (by reach), average Reel reach up 20% and saves and shares up 25% quarter on quarter, and Pinterest monthly views up 15% month on month.
* Enquiries and business impact: Qualified wedding enquiries from social up 30% by month 6 against the month-1 baseline, and at least 1 confirmed wedding a quarter traced to social from month 6.
* Collaborations, PR and influencers: At least 2 collaboration posts a month with luxury designers, jewellers or hotels, at least 1 creator partnership a month, at least 1 press or digital media feature a quarter with our PR partners, and full vendor credits on 100% of wedding posts.
* Founder brand, reporting and team: 4 founder-led content pieces a month, the monthly performance report by the 5th, and content and shoot spend within the approved budget.

Growth baselines are fixed with the Managing Director in the first 30 days. Performance is reviewed monthly on a weighted scorecard.

Qualifications and Experience:

* A degree or diploma from NID, NIFT, NIFD, Pearl Academy or a similar fashion, design, communication or creative institute.
* 4–7 years in social media or brand content, including at least 2 years on fashion, jewellery or luxury lifestyle brands, in-house or at an agency.
* Experience working with or alongside marketing and PR agencies, and a strong network of designers, stylists, photographers, creators and media.
* A natural people person: confident on set and on camera, and able to direct couples, families and crew with grace.
* A strong eye for styling, composition and colour. You shoot and edit Reels on your phone (CapCut, VN or similar) and know Canva, Lightroom, Meta Business Suite and Instagram insights.
* Excellent written and spoken English. Hindi is a plus.
* Willing to travel for weddings in India and abroad, including weekends and late evenings in the wedding season.
* A portfolio of accounts you have handled, with results.

Description: As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at IWP - Indian Wedding Planners, part of AMK Hospitality IPL, you will be the MD’s right hand across all three group businesses: IWP – Indian Wedding Planners, AMK Travels India and AMK Hospitality. You will take the day-to-day workload off the MD’s shoulders, including his calendar, team follow-ups, communication, documentation, business support, bills and payments, office guests, travel, the driver’s schedule and personal errands, so that he can focus on clients and growth. The role needs confidentiality, speed, discipline and ownership. Nothing slips, everyone knows the plan, and every loop is closed.

Department:

Management / Founder’s Office. Reports to the Founder & Managing Director, AMK Hospitality IPL. Works closely with HR & Admin, Finance, the team heads of IWP, AMK Travels India and AMK Hospitality, the sales and planning teams, clients, hotels, vendors, the office staff, the driver and the MD’s household staff.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

* KRA 1 – Calendar and Day Management (20%): Own the Managing Director’s calendar from 6 am to 9 pm: meetings, calls, appointments and reminders. Coordinate internal and external meetings with clients, vendors, hotels and team members. Plan the next day by the previous evening, confirm every meeting, share locations and attendee details, prepare briefing notes, and make sure everyone involved, including the driver and home and office staff, knows where the MD will be and what is needed.
* KRA 2 – Task and Follow-up Management (20%): Be the MD’s single point of follow-up across IWP – Indian Wedding Planners, AMK Travels India and AMK Hospitality. Track pending tasks, approvals, payments, proposals, vendor updates and client requirements, and follow up with the team until each one is closed. Maintain daily, weekly and monthly task sheets for the MD, follow up before and after every meeting, and make sure no commitment or deadline is missed.
* KRA 3 – Communication and Coordination (10%): Draft and respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, proposals, reminders and official communication on behalf of the MD when required. Coordinate with clients, hotel teams, vendors and internal departments, sort the MD’s email and messages into priority order, and maintain professional communication standards at all times.
* KRA 4 – Business Support (15%): Help manage leads, enquiries, client follow-ups and appointment scheduling. Coordinate with the sales and planning teams for wedding-related updates, and support the preparation of pitch decks, client presentations and proposal documents.
* KRA 5 – Documentation and Reporting (10%): Prepare meeting notes, minutes of meetings, reports, checklists, presentations and Excel / Google Sheets trackers. Keep organised records of client details, vendor data, hotel proposals, contracts and internal documents, and help prepare reports on sales, operations, payments and client follow-ups.
* KRA 6 – Bills, Payments and Renewals (10%): Track and settle the MD’s credit card bills, utilities, subscriptions, insurance and renewals before their due dates, and follow up with Finance on approved payments. Nothing is paid late and nothing is missed.
* KRA 7 – Guests, Travel and Personal Assistance (15%): Before any guest visits the office, share the location pin, contact person and parking details, and check their food and drink preferences. Arrange refreshments and the meeting room, and receive guests personally. Plan travel, hotel bookings, tickets and itineraries for business trips. Schedule the driver, and coordinate pick-ups and drops from home and the office, deliveries and priority personal errands.

Key Performance Indicators:

* Calendar: Next day’s plan and brief shared by 6:30 pm every working day; zero double-bookings or missed meetings; every meeting confirmed at least 24 hours in advance with location and attendees.
* Follow-ups: 100% of the MD’s action items logged the same day; at least 90% closed within the agreed timeline; daily task sheet shared by 10 am; open-items report every Saturday.
* Communication: MD’s email and messages sorted twice a day, with draft replies ready by 11 am and 5 pm; zero confidentiality breaches.
* Business support: Every lead or enquiry routed through the MD followed up within 24 hours; proposals, decks and presentations delivered by the agreed deadline.
* Documentation: Minutes of every meeting shared the same day; weekly report every Saturday; monthly report by the 5th; all records filed and retrievable within 5 minutes.
* Payments: 100% of credit card, utility and renewal payments made before their due dates; zero late fees or penalties; monthly renewals calendar kept up to date.
* Guests, travel and logistics: Every visitor receives the location, contact and parking details at least 2 hours before arrival; food preferences checked for 100% of guests; itineraries shared at least 48 hours before travel; the driver informed of every movement by the previous evening; zero missed pick-ups.

Required Skills:
