1. Simple entry for guests

Guests from India, the UK, USA and Canada: eligible for Indonesia's Visa on Arrival, valid for 30 days and extendable once, which can also be bought online in advance as an e-VOA.
Bali tourist levy: every international visitor pays a small one-time levy to Bali, which our guest desk reminds families to pay online before travel.
Passports: valid for at least six months, with a return ticket.

2. Getting there

Most guests from India fly to Bali with one stop in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok, in about 9 to 11 hours door to door. Guests from the UK, USA and Canada usually connect through the Middle East or Asia. Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport is 15 to 45 minutes from Nusa Dua, Uluwatu and Seminyak.

3. Indian food, pandit and mandap, handled

Bali's luxury resorts host Indian weddings every season. IWP brings Indian chefs to work with the resort kitchen, flies in a pandit from India, and designs the mandap for a beach, lawn or clifftop, with an indoor or covered back-up for every outdoor function.

4. When to marry in Bali

April to October is the dry season, with sunny days and lower humidity, ideal for outdoor ceremonies. November to March is the wet season, with short tropical showers, so we plan covered venues. Check the muhurat first in our 2027 Hindu wedding dates.
