1. Entry for guests

Guests from India, the UK, USA and Canada: visa-free tourist entry for up to 30 days, with a passport valid for at least six months and a return ticket.
Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC): every visitor completes this free online form within 72 hours before arrival. Our guest desk sends each family the link and a reminder.
Longer stays: a one-time extension is available at a Thai immigration office.

2. Getting there

Hua Hin is about three hours by road from Bangkok. Phuket and Krabi airports are 30 to 60 minutes from most wedding resorts.

3. Indian food, pandit and mandap, handled

IWP brings Indian chefs to work alongside the resort kitchen, so the chaat, the dal and the wedding feast taste exactly as your family expects, with Jain and vegetarian menus on request. We fly in a pandit from India, design the mandap for the beach, lawn or ballroom, and arrange the baraat, music and fireworks with the hotel's approvals.

4. When to marry in Thailand

November to April is the dry season on the Andaman coast (Phuket, Krabi, Khao Lak), with sunny days and calm seas. The Gulf coast around Hua Hin is also at its best from December to April.
