Destination Wedding Planner in Jaipur

Jaipur is IWP's home city. We have planned weddings here since 2013 from our C-Scheme office, and Jaipur is still the city we know best: which palace lawns take a 400-guest sangeet, which hotels release their room blocks early, and how long a baraat really takes on a winter evening. Today we plan Jaipur weddings from two offices, in Jaipur and Mumbai, for families in India and abroad.

  • Budgets in writing from day one. All-inclusive bands from about ₹1 crore (US$105,000), then a venue-by-venue proposal for your dates.

A recent Jaipur wedding: Krisha and Dhruv at Fairmont Jaipur

Krisha and Dhruv married at Fairmont Jaipur over 25 and 26 December 2024, with 380 guests and six functions. We designed a marigold-and-candlelight bridal mehendi, a Rajasthani-themed lunch on the terrace with a live block-printing counter, a royal blue and crystal sangeet in the ballroom with 11 performances, and a golden-hour poolside wedding where the bride walked in under a floral chadar. When rain arrived during the cocktail, the team moved the party indoors and it carried on until morning.

  • Permissions and rituals: pandit or officiant, ceremony timings, and the local permissions an outdoor or heritage event needs.

Choosing your wedding venue in Jaipur

Jaipur's venues fall into four groups. Most couples pick the setting first and the hotel second:

Forts and palaces outside the city A private, whole-property celebration Alila Fort Bishangarh, Samode Palace, Chomu Palace, Mundota Fort and Palace
Large luxury resorts 300–500 guests with every function on site Fairmont Jaipur, Taj Amer, The Leela Palace, ITC Rajputana, Hyatt Regency Mansarovar
Garden and boutique resorts Daytime functions and relaxed, green settings Taj Devi Ratn, Anantara Jewel Bagh, Westin Resort & Spa, Raffles Jaipur

What a destination wedding in Jaipur costs with IWP

These are the indicative all-inclusive budgets we share at enquiry. They cover the venue and room block, food and beverage, décor and production, entertainment, guest logistics and our planning fee.

Wedding style Guests Celebration Indicative budget
Intimate 50–100 2 days from about ₹1 crore (US$105,000)
Premium 150–250 3 days ₹3–5 crore (US$315,000–525,000)
Royal 300–500 4 days ₹7–10 crore (US$725,000–1.05 million)
Ultra-luxe 500+ or a full buyout 3–4 days ₹10 crore and above (US$1.05 million+)

Large resorts usually cost less than a heritage palace for the same guest count, because palaces are often booked whole. October to March is peak season, with February, November and December the busiest months. July to September has the lowest rates. Jaipur wedding planner FAQs

Where are IWP's offices?

Our head office is at 34, Sangram Colony, C-Scheme, Jaipur 302001, where the founder, Anant Khandelwal, and the planning team work. Our second office is at WeWork Oberoi Commerz II, Goregaon East, Mumbai. You can meet us in either city or book a 30-minute video call.

How much does a destination wedding in Jaipur cost with a planner?

IWP's all-inclusive Jaipur weddings start at about ₹1 crore (US$105,000) for 50–100 guests over 2 days. A 3-day wedding for 150–250 guests is about ₹3–5 crore, a 4-day wedding for 300–500 guests is ₹7–10 crore, and 500+ guests or a full buyout is ₹10 crore and above. Our planning fee is included in these bands.

Is a palace or a resort cheaper for a Jaipur wedding?

A large resort is usually cheaper for the same guest count. Heritage palaces such as Rambagh Palace or Samode Palace have fewer rooms and are often booked whole, while resorts such as Fairmont Jaipur or Taj Amer have 245 rooms and can host 300–500 guests on one property.

How far in advance should we book a wedding planner in Jaipur?

At least 6–7 months before the wedding. For a heritage palace on a peak date between October and March, book 12 months ahead, because those dates sell out first.

Can you plan our Jaipur wedding while we live abroad?

Yes. Many of our couples live in the USA, UK, Canada and the Gulf. One senior planner runs the wedding through video calls and live venue tours, and we handle guest travel, hotel arrivals and hospitality on the ground in Jaipur.

What is the best time of year for a wedding in Jaipur?

October to March, for sunny days and cool evenings. February, November and December are the busiest months. April to June is hot but cheaper, and July to September has the lowest rates, with functions planned under cover.
