Fairmont Udaipur Palace opened on 14 July 2025 on an 18-acre estate in the Aravalli hills at Sisarma, Girwa, near Udaipur. Built in the style of Mewar's great fortresses, it has 327 rooms and suites, more than 1,40,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor celebration space and eight dining concepts, so a 300 to 500-guest wedding can stay under one roof. It is about 45 minutes by road from Maharana Pratap Airport (Dabok), and the palace has its own helipad.

Fairmont rooms start at 54 m² (about 580 sq ft); the categories run through rooms with terraces, cabanas or plunge pools to the Rajputana, Regal Mewar (167 m²) and Jewel of Udaipur suites, and at the top the Royal Maharaja and Royal Maharani suites with private pools. On double occupancy that houses about 650 guests, so most Premium and Royal weddings need no second hotel. IWP still blocks rooms from the first enquiry, because peak winter dates sell out early.
