Indian Wedding Venues in Da Nang & Hoi An

What an Indian wedding in Da Nang costs

These are IWP’s indicative, all-inclusive bands (venue and rooms, food and beverage, décor and production, entertainment, guest logistics and planning), which we price exactly for your dates:

• Intimate, 50–100 guests, 2 days: from about US$105,000 (₹1 crore).

In Da Nang the main swing factor is venue type: an all-villa resort such as the Nam Hai prices differently from a full-service hotel with convention space, and a full-property buyout costs more than sharing the resort with other guests. Peak dry-season dates from February to May carry the highest room rates, and the number of functions and nights moves the total further. Best time for a wedding in Da Nang

Da Nang’s dry season runs February to May, with June to August staying largely dry but hotter; heavy rain and storms return from September to December. Of IWP’s 95 Hindu wedding dates for 2027, 48 fall between February and May (13 in February, 7 in March, 9 in April and 19 in May), and a further 16 land in June, all inside the dry window. There are no muhurat dates in August, September or October. November (11 dates, from 10 November) and December (6 dates, 7–14 December) fall in the wet season, so plan on an indoor ballroom such as Hyatt Regency Danang’s Regency Ballroom or Sheraton Grand Danang’s Grand Ballroom rather than a beachfront ceremony. Getting there from India

Da Nang International Airport (DAD) serves the city directly; the Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai in Hoi An is a further 30 to 50 minutes by road from the airport. No scheduled nonstop flight currently runs between India and Da Nang, so most families connect through Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, each about 1 hour 20 minutes onward, with 10 to 13 flights a day on that final leg.
