With 186 rooms, the hotel sleeps about 370, enough for a wedding of 150 to 250 guests in-house. The hotel says its venues host weddings of up to 650 guests, so a larger reception works with some guests at nearby Beşiktaş hotels, such as Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus. Because every listed event space is indoors, the plan does not depend on the weather.

Istanbul is most comfortable from April to June and in September and October. Winter is the wettest season, but with indoor ballrooms Shangri-La works year round.
